U.S. Cities That Really Know How to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day

Where should you be to make your friends green with envy this weekend? TripAdvisor this week asked its Facebook community to answer the question “Which U.S. cities do you think have the best St. Patrick’s Day celebrations?” As most might predict, Boston, Massachusetts; New York City, New York; and Chicago, Illinois were favorites; with Savannah, Georia; Saint Louis, Missouri; New Orleans, Louisiana; and San Francisco, California getting a good share of votes. But many other cities you might not expect were mentioned, like Butte, Montana; Groveland, California; and Bayonne, New Jersey. And although the question was specific to U.S. cities, there were even some tallies for international destinations like Dublin, Ireland (no surprise); Lisbon, Portugal; and Egypt…Egypt? Might not spring to the top of everyone’s list, but it’s nice to know the luck of the Irish can be felt just about anywhere.

Showing your St. Patrick’s Day spirit this year? Where will you celebrate it? And to see all question responses, head to the TripAdvisor Facebook page.

  1. Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the internet the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people consider worries that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
