TripAdvisor Throws First Pitch at Fenway Park and Scouts for Top Talent

Working at TripAdvisor brings with it a lot of exciting opportunities. Earlier this month, TripAdvisor arranged an outing for a group of employees at Fenway Park, home to the Boston Red Sox and city of TripAdvisor’s headquarters.

Lori, who heads up global talent acquisition for TripAdvisor, threw out the ceremonial first pitch to raise awareness of TripAdvisor’s efforts to recruit the best talent in the Boston area and beyond. For Lori the outing was a fun afternoon with her TripAdvisor colleagues and a chance to let Boston-area baseball fans know that the world’s largest travel site is hiring.

“Throwing out the first pitch at Fenway was an awesome experience to share with the group, and a great opportunity to make more people aware of the amazing career opportunities TripAdvisor offers,” said Lori. “We took this unique opportunity to let everyone know that TripAdvisor provides unforgettable experiences and can help employees achieve life-long dreams. From career development, a leisure travel stipend and free lunches to community service days, wellness programs and an accessible CEO, we have an exceptional culture and we’re hiring like crazy.”
