New TripAdvisor Feature Helps You Get Answers to Your Pressing Hotel Questions

As part of our ongoing mission to help you plan and have the perfect trip, TripAdvisor has launched a new “Questions & Answers” feature that allows you leverage the power of the community to ask questions you have about hotels and receive timely answers from fellow TripAdvisor users and hotel management. Together with the millions of reviews and opinions on TripAdvisor, the new feature helps address your specific questions about hotels to help you make your booking decision.


To check out this feature, you can visit a hotel on TripAdvisor like this one, scroll down to the Questions & Answers section and enter a question in the box. Once posted, a representative of the business, past reviewer or other members of the travel community can then provide answers to your specific questions.


Can tickets for local attractions be purchased at the front desk? Do you have to pay for a mini-fridge? Answers to questions like these can help you get detailed information that may not be readily accessible in the hotel’s most recent reviews.


What’s particularly exciting about the feature is that you can also vote up the most helpful answers, so that the rest of the TripAdvisor community can benefit from top answers.
